Tashiro指示剂（也称为塔斯罗指示剂）是一种混合型酸碱指示剂，常用于医疗器械化学检验中溶液的酸碱度测定。在医疗器械的化学检验中，Tashiro指示剂常被用于酸碱度测定的滴定方法中。精确量取检验液，加入少量Tashiro指示剂（如0.1毫升），根据溶液初始颜色判断酸碱性，然后用标准碱或酸滴定液滴定至溶液变为灰色。

Tashiro指示剂有两种常见的配制方案，其主要区别在于所用甲基类指示剂的不同。

Tashiro指示剂的独特之处在于它利用了甲基红（或甲基橙）和亚甲基蓝的互补色原理。
酸性条件（紫色）：在酸性溶液中，甲基红显红色，与亚甲基蓝的蓝色混合后，溶液呈现紫色。
碱性条件（绿色）：在碱性溶液中，甲基红显黄色，黄色与亚甲基蓝的蓝色混合，溶液呈现绿色。
终点（灰色）：滴定终点时，两种颜色达到平衡，溶液变为灰色，变色非常敏锐 。这种由紫到绿，中间点为灰色的变色过程，易于肉眼观察，能有效减少滴定误差。


常温运输与保存，有效期12个月。


Tashiro indicator (also known as Tashiro's indicator) is a mixed acid-base indicator, often used in the determination of the pH of solutions in the chemical inspection of medical devices. In the chemical inspection of medical devices, Tashiro indicator is frequently employed in titration methods for pH determination. Accurately measure the test solution and add a small amount of Tashiro indicator (such as 0.1 milliliter). Based on the initial color of the solution, determine its acidity or alkalinity, and then titrate with standard alkali or acid solution until the solution turns gray. 

There are two common preparation schemes for Tashiro's indicator, and the main difference between them lies in the different methyl-based indicators used. 

The uniqueness of Tashiro indicator lies in its utilization of the complementary color principle of methyl red (or methyl orange) and methylene blue.
Acidic condition (purple): In acidic solutions, methyl red appears red, and when mixed with the blue of methylene blue, the solution turns purple.
Alkaline condition (green): In alkaline solutions, methyl red appears yellow, and the mixture of yellow and the blue of methylene blue results in a green solution.
Endpoint (gray): At the titration endpoint, the two colors reach equilibrium, and the solution turns gray with a very sharp color change. This color change process from purple to green, with a gray midpoint, is easily observable to the naked eye and can effectively reduce titration errors. 

Transport and store at room temperature. Valid for 12 months.
